Frequently Asked Questions
How to Make Internal Transfer on Binance
The internal transfer function lets you send funds between two Binance accounts. It will be immediately credited, and you don’t have to pay any transaction fees.1. Log into your Binance account and click [Wallet] - [Overview].

2. Click on [Withdraw] and [Withdraw Crypto].

3. Choose the coin to withdraw.

4. Next, enter the recipient address of the other Binance user, or select from your address book list.

5. Select the network. Please make sure that the network matches the addresses network entered to avoid withdrawal losses.

6. Enter the amount to transfer. You will then see the network fee displayed on screen. Please note the network fee will only be charged for withdrawals to non-Binance addresses. If the recipient address is correct and belongs to a Binance account, the network fee will not be deducted. The recipient account will get the amount indicated as [Receive amount].

You can hover over to [i] and click [Change] to choose the account the withdrawal fees are to be returned to. It can be either returned to the withdrawing account or the recipient’s account.

Please also note that if you choose [Blockchain Transfer], your funds will be transferred to the recipient’s address via blockchain and you have to pay for the network fees of your withdrawal.

Moreover, if the system detects that you are withdrawing a coin that requires a memo, the memo field is also mandatory. In such a case, you will not be allowed to withdraw without providing the memo; please provide the correct memo, otherwise, the funds will be lost.*Please note: The fee exemption and instant arrival of the funds are only applicable when the recipient address belongs to a Binance account too. Please make sure that the address is correct and belongs to a Binance account.
7. Click [Submit] and you will be redirected to complete the 2FA Security verification for this transaction. Please double-check your withdrawal token, amount, and address before clicking [Submit].

8. After the withdrawal is successful, you may return to [Wallet] - [Fiat and Spot] - [Deposit Withdraw History] to check the transfer status.

Please note that for internal transfer within Binance, no TxID will be created. The TxID field will be shown as [Internal Transfer] and will show a [Internal Transfer ID] for this withdrawal. If there is any issue for this transaction, you may provide the ID to Binance Support for assistance.
9. The recipient (another Binance user) will instantly receive this deposit. They may find the record in [Transaction History] - [Deposit]. The transaction will be marked as [Internal Transfer], with the same [Internal Transfer ID] under the TxID field.

Why Hasn’t My Withdrawal Arrived
1. I’ve made a withdrawal from Binance to another exchange/wallet, but I haven’t received my funds yet. Why?
Transferring funds from your Binance account to another exchange or wallet involves three steps:
- Withdrawal request on Binance
- Blockchain network confirmation
- Deposit on the corresponding platform
Normally, a TxID (Transaction ID) will be generated within 30-60 minutes, indicating that Binance has successfully broadcasted the withdrawal transaction.
However, it might still take some time for that particular transaction to be confirmed and even longer for the funds to be finally credited into the destination wallet. The amount of required “network confirmations” varies for different blockchains.
For example:
- Alice decides to withdraw 2 BTC from Binance to her personal wallet. After she confirms the request, she needs to wait until Binance creates and broadcasts the transaction.
- As soon as the transaction is created, Alice will be able to see the TxID (Transaction ID) on her Binance wallet page. At this point, the transaction will be pending (unconfirmed) and the 2 BTC will be frozen temporarily.
- If all goes well, the transaction will be confirmed by the network, and Alice will receive the BTC in her personal wallet after 2 network confirmations.
- In this example, she had to wait for 2 network confirmations until the deposit showed up in her wallet, but the required amount of confirmations varies depending on the wallet or exchange.
Due to possible network congestion, there might be a significant delay in processing your transaction. You may use the transaction ID (TxID) to look up the status of the transfer of your assets by using a blockchain explorer.
Note:
- If the blockchain explorer shows that the transaction is unconfirmed, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed. This varies depending on the blockchain network.
- If the blockchain explorer shows that the transaction is already confirmed, it means that your funds have been sent out successfully and we are unable to provide any further assistance on this matter. You will need to contact the owner/support team of the destination address to seek further help.
- If the TxID has not been generated 6 hours after clicking the confirmation button from the e-mail message, please contact our Customer Support for assistance and attach the withdrawal history screenshot of the relevant transaction. Please make sure you have provided the above detailed information so the Customer Service agent can assist you in a timely manner.
2. How do I check the transaction status on the blockchain?
Log in to your Binance account and click [Wallet] - [Overview] - [Transaction History] to view your cryptocurrency withdrawal record.

If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Processing”, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed.

If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Completed”, you can click on the [TxID] to check the transaction details.

Crypto Withdrawal Fees
What are crypto withdrawal fees?Withdrawal transactions to crypto addresses outside of Binance typically incur a “transaction fee” or "network fee". This fee is not paid to Binance but miners or validators, who are responsible for processing the transactions and securing the respective blockchain network.
Binance must pay these fees to miners to ensure that transactions are processed. Since transaction fees are dynamic, you will be charged according to the current network conditions. The fee amount is based on an estimate of the network transaction fees and can fluctuate without notice due to factors such as network congestion. Please check the most updated fee listed on each withdrawal page.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
There is a minimum amount for each withdrawal request. If the amount is too little, you won’t be able to request a withdrawal. You can refer to the Deposit Withdrawal Fees page to check the minimum withdrawal amount and transaction fees of each cryptocurrency. However, please note that the minimum withdrawal amount and fees can change without notice due to unforeseeable factors, such as network congestion.
You can also find the current transaction fees charged and the minimum withdrawal amount on the withdrawal page.

Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount and transaction fees will change depending on the network you are using.
Please make sure you select the correct network. If the address you are withdrawing to is an ERC20 address (Ethereum blockchain), you must select the ERC20 option before making the withdrawal. DO NOT select the cheapest fee option. You must select the network that is compatible with the withdrawal address. If you select the wrong network, you will lose your funds.
What Can I Do When Withdrawal Is Suspended
Here are some of the reasons why withdrawals is suspended:1. Wallet is under maintenance
When the Wallet is under maintenance, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended. Please stay tuned to our announcements for updates.
2. There is a problem with the asset you wish to withdraw
Due to network upgrades or other reasons, withdrawals of an asset might be temporarily suspended. You will see an estimated recovery time and the reasons for the suspension.
You can click [Set Reminder] to receive notifications for system updates.
